We started a new business and needed a POS system. EPOS Now appeared on the internet and we contacted them for a price quote.
We purchased our equipment and struggled through the setup of the system with minimal support. Within a couple of months, additional monthly fees started to appear. They claim these fees are in their terms and conditions, however, they are separate from the sales proposal you are presented with when you sign up. Their defense is that you signed the terms and conditions, so you are bound by them.
However, the terms in the terms and conditions should match your sales offer.
They refuse to do anything about the added fees. My advice is to stay as far away from these shady business practices as possible.

Horrible company
We waited for 2 weeks but still cant taking payment for our service. Called them back and cancel they said we cant cancel or they will charge us for the whole year for their horrible services.

Because I’ve tried almost 6 times to contact you, nobody answers nobody answers my questions or calls me back. Can you just cancel my order please and give me my money back.

Good evening, I have an amount of 295pounds from food Cristian LTD but it has not been returned to me, what is happening?

Tried to call/cancel . Cant speak to any one
I was contacted on 16th to enter into a contract. However on the 17th I tried to call back to cancel as I had a family emergency.
I have messages saying the hardware cannot be shipped as I have not yet completed the application. Yet today the hardware has been shipped. I am not at the premises for now so nothing can be done with it. All I want is it to be cancelled, money refunded.
Obviously now for the hardware to be picked up. I have tried multiple times to call from the 17th can't seem to speak to anyone
