Not happy with size of the equipment....

It was taken out of the boxes for training but never got the phone call. They dont answer when you call. They never followed up with the training they promised.
Never got the call for the training. Its stated I have 15 days and the only one I could get intouch with is the sales person and he refused to help.

They are thieves
- - They keep charging me even though nothing was delivered.

They have not provided anything, yet they continue to charge me. I bought a payment processor from them, which, when delivered, could not deliver what they promised.
It could not operate in the environment it was supposed to. I returned the equipment, and they continue to charge me when they have not delivered anything to me.

Whatever they say, it's the opposite. Never got training - never have even used anything because it was faulty and they still make you pay - pitiful company.

Numourous times I was told one thing and then more charges were taken out. Their customer service department seemed to just say whatever and then it would take forever to review or get back my money.
The machine itself also never worked right and was more trouble then it was worth to use.
I am still owed money from this company. They will rip you off in every way possible.

We started a new business and needed a POS system. EPOS Now appeared on the internet and we contacted them for a price quote.
We purchased our equipment and struggled through the setup of the system with minimal support. Within a couple of months, additional monthly fees started to appear. They claim these fees are in their terms and conditions, however, they are separate from the sales proposal you are presented with when you sign up. Their defense is that you signed the terms and conditions, so you are bound by them.
However, the terms in the terms and conditions should match your sales offer.
They refuse to do anything about the added fees. My advice is to stay as far away from these shady business practices as possible.

Horrible company
We waited for 2 weeks but still cant taking payment for our service. Called them back and cancel they said we cant cancel or they will charge us for the whole year for their horrible services.

- - Hardware shipped today despite incomplete application.
I was contacted on 16th to enter into a contract. However on the 17th I tried to call back to cancel as I had a family emergency.
I have messages saying the hardware cannot be shipped as I have not yet completed the application. Yet today the hardware has been shipped. I am not at the premises for now so nothing can be done with it. All I want is it to be cancelled, money refunded.
Obviously now for the hardware to be picked up. I have tried multiple times to call from the 17th can't seem to speak to anyone
